We're not currently taking new diesel emissions claims, and this application form has been withdrawn.

On 10 July 2026 the High Court handed down judgment in the Pan-NOx group litigation and dismissed most of the defeat-device allegations against diesel manufacturers. While the claimant firms consider an appeal and a further trial in October 2026 decides the consequences of the limited findings that succeeded, no UK firm is opening new diesel claims at scale — so we've paused ours too rather than take details we can't act on.
