All references to our, we and us in these Terms of Use refer to Forces Compare Limited trading as Claims Bible.

You may view the Website for your lawful, personal, non-commercial use.

3. Our liability

We are not a claims management company. We offer an online resource and introduction service in relation to reclaiming loan compensation and other financial services. Our relationship with our partnered firms is limited to that of a business partnership and in some cases, we use an affiliate link or provide the details you have provided to us in our claims form, no common ownership or control rights exist between us. The affiliate link is tracked from this Website to the partners and may generate payment per accepted claim or once a compensation claim is successfully paid out to you. Or we may receive payment from the submission of the personal details you provide to us when you complete a claim form on our Website. Please note, we will not charge you for our service. Once an affiliate link is clicked the journey will continue from this Website to our chosen partner’s website. You will be directed under a separate privacy policy and separate website terms of use when submitting a claim to those sites. We cannot be held responsible or accept liability for the content of any external websites or for any damage loss or cost caused by your use of or reliance on such external websites.

Please note that you do not need to use a claims management company to make your complaint to your lender. If your complaint is not successful you can refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service for free.

You acknowledge and agree that the Website and all content on the Website is provided for information purposes only on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We make no warranties or representations about the completeness, accuracy or reliability of the information, or your ability to make a successful claim to recover any sums. We do not control these websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage, loss or cost caused by your use of or reliance on such websites.


4. Availability

We accept no liability for suspension, interruption, temporary unavailability or fault occurring in the Website, howsoever caused.

We will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the Website does not contain any viruses or other malicious code. However, it is recommended that you should virus check all such materials and regularly check for the presence of viruses and other malicious code.

These Terms of Use and any matter relating to the Website, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts. However if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland and if you are a resident of Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
