Administrators Harrisons Business Recovery were appointed on 22 December 2020 and in the same year the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) received 849 complaints about MyJar, resolving 55% of all claims in the claimant’s favour. The latest Administers Progress Report shows 4 unsecured creditors claims totalling £134k, with a further 8 creditors outstanding totalling £150k. Prior to the Administrators being appointed MyJar had 558 Redress claims totalling £312k. Claims are still open but you have to claim yourself via the MyJar website .
What is the deadline?
MyJar are accepting claims and according to their FAQ page state they aim to complete payouts within 15 working days of receipt of the settlement form.
