As per the company’s Trustpilot page, 83% of customer reviews are categorised as ‘bad’ with a measly overall rating of 1.5 out of five. Common critiques centre around poor customer service and additional ‘hidden’ account charges.

What is the deadline?

There is no set deadline to pursue a credit card debt refund from MBNA. The Lloyds Banking Group remains one of the UK’s big four and is a giant within the market. With this in mind, there doesn’t seem to be any reason to worry about compensation claims overwhelming the brand.
